Verbal is e message - e words u say..
Vocal is ur voice - e tonality, pitch, pace, n rhythm of voice..
Visual is wat ppl c - ur facial expression n body language..

in e past, there wasnt any technology..
thus ppl communicated face to face..
so there's all 3 Vs present..

a few years back, ppl used to communicate widely using telephone..
there's still verbal and vocal..

NOW, ppl mostly use MSN or SMS to communicate..
